Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer who’s ready to take on the challenge of working on high-rise construction projects in the West Palm Beach area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, learning from experienced leaders, and building a strong foundation toward becoming an Assistant Project Manager in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily project operations alongside the PM and Superintendent.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in scheduling.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Participate in meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in commercial or high-rise construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to grow within the company long-term.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred.
