We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support upcoming mid-rise construction projects in the West Palm Beach area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has developed a solid foundation in project engineering and is ready to take on greater ownership of project management tasks while growing into a full Project Manager role in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Project Manager with all phases of construction — from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with field teams, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or mid-rise residential construction.
• Proven track record supporting projects from start to finish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools.
