Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple Tenant Improvement projects. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects in occupied buildings on aggressive schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of TI projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams
• Oversee estimating support, scope reviews, buyouts, and contract negotiations
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, cost controls, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges
• Manage change orders, billing, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and safety regulations
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with strong focus on Tenant Improvements and Corporate Interiors
• Experience managing TI projects in the $5M–$60M range
• Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade permitting and building requirements
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and/or similar construction management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
