Senior Project Manager – Residential Construction

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead residential mid-rise and high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential mid-rise and high-rise construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Lead on-site teams and conduct regular progress meetings
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
• Provide regular status reports to ownership and stakeholders
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and pay applications

Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years of project management experience in residential construction, with direct experience on mid-rise or high-rise projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, or MS Project), and contract administration
• Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $50M
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• PMP certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Established relationships with South Florida subcontractors and vendors

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience
