Build People is partnered with a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of corporate interior and Tenant Improvement projects across the Miami market. Our client is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead fast-paced interior buildouts in occupied and unoccupied commercial spaces.

This is a long-term opportunity with a stable GC known for repeat clients, negotiated work, and a strong project team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on corporate interior/TI projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics in active/occupied environments
• Enforce safety standards and quality control on-site
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and building management
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional client-facing presence
• Proactively solve field issues to keep projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in corporate interiors / TI construction
• Strong knowledge of interior buildouts (drywall, framing, MEP coordination, finishes)
• Experience working in occupied buildings and tight schedules
• Familiarity with Miami-Dade permitting and inspections
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• OSHA certification preferred
