We are seeking an elite General Superintendent to lead field operations on a $2.5 billion mission-critical data center program in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a traveling role for a proven builder who thrives on large, technically complex, zero-failure projects.

You will be the senior on-site construction leader owning execution, safety, schedule, and coordination across multiple buildings, phases, and trades on one of the largest data center programs in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations across a multi-building, multi-phase hyperscale campus
• Manage and mentor area superintendents, trade supers, and field leadership teams
• Drive mission-critical sequencing for structural, architectural, and complex MEP systems
• Own site logistics, short-interval planning, pull planning, and milestone delivery
• Enforce world-class safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate closely with project management, owners, designers, and commissioning teams
• Prepare projects for phased turnover, commissioning, and client handover
• Maintain schedule certainty in a fast-track, high-visibility environment

Required Experience

• 10–15+ years as a Superintendent / General Superintendent on large commercial projects
• Direct mission-critical or data center experience required (hyperscale strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership on projects $500M+ (campus or mega-project experience a major plus)
• Deep understanding of MEP systems, redundancy, and commissioning readiness
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large field teams
• OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500/510 preferred)
• Procore experience preferred
