Regional Sales Manager | Industrial Manufacturer| New Mexico

Build People is partnering with a global leader in industrial vacuum and compressed air technology to hire a Regional Sales Manager covering New Mexico. This is a field sales role with a strong brand behind you, great products and real earning potential.

What you'll do

• Grow sales across New Mexico and nearby Southwest markets with new and existing customers
• Sell vacuum pumps, blowers, compressors and system solutions to semiconductor, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, energy and other industrial customers
• Work with end users, OEMs and distributors
• Build and manage a strong pipeline and hit your sales targets
• Partner with service and technical teams to deliver the right solution

What you bring

• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales, ideally with pumps, vacuum, compressors or other rotating equipment
• A proven track record of finding new business and growing accounts
• Comfort with technical sales and solving customer problems
• Based in New Mexico and willing to travel across a large regional territory
• A bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering or business, or equivalent experience
