Interior Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent (High-Rise)

Location: Miami-Dade County

Compensation: $120K–$130K base (flexible based on experience)

We are seeking an Interior Assistant Superintendent, with the opportunity to step into a Superintendent role, to support high-rise residential projects in Miami-Dade.

This position is ideal for a field professional with strong experience managing interior scopes who is ready to take on greater leadership and ownership within an active construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior build-out operations from rough-in through final finishes
• Coordinate and supervise interior trades to maintain schedule and quality
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety and workmanship standards
• Collaborate with Project Management on scheduling, logistics, and inspections
• Identify and proactively resolve field conflicts
• Maintain project documentation and progress tracking

Qualifications:

• Experience on mid- to high-rise construction projects
• Strong background managing interior scopes (drywall, MEP coordination, finishes, punch)
• Ability to drive schedule and hold subcontractors accountable
• Strong communication and field leadership presence
• Knowledge of South Florida building practices preferred
