Hiring: Outside Sales Representative – Conveyor Belting

Territory: Baltimore, Maryland

Base + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

We’re partnering with a well-established industrial distributor that is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative with strong experience in conveyor belting and bulk material handling systems.

This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing an industrial territory across manufacturing, aggregates, food processing, and heavy industrial environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and expanding an established territory

• Developing new business with manufacturing plants, quarries, and OEM customers

• Selling conveyor belting, pulleys, idlers, and related power transmission products

• Conducting plant visits, belt inspections, and recommending solutions

• Building relationships with Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, and Procurement teams

• Coordinating with operations/service teams on installs and field support

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of outside industrial sales experience

• Direct experience selling conveyor belting (highly preferred)

• Strong understanding of bulk material handling systems

• Comfortable in plant environments and on job sites

• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills

• Mechanically inclined and solution-oriented
