Our client is a well-established general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in healthcare construction. If you have a track record of successfully managing healthcare renovation or ground-up projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare facility staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements (ICRA), and life safety standards.
• Conduct project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor.
• Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects in occupied hospital or medical environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations, AHCA/JCAHO requirements, and infection prevention protocols is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
