About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter with extensive hands-on experience in high-end custom home construction. This position is ideal for a skilled craftsman with at least 15 years of residential carpentry experience who takes pride in precision, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on luxury custom homes, understand high-end construction standards, and be comfortable performing a variety of carpentry tasks while coordinating with Superintendents and other trades on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on carpentry work on high-end custom residential construction projects.
• Complete rough and finish carpentry tasks, ensuring accuracy and high-quality workmanship.
• Install and work with doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, millwork, framing, and other custom wood components.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, details, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision.
• Work with a variety of materials, tools, and equipment used in residential construction.
• Coordinate daily activities with Superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Identify potential construction or installation issues and communicate them to project leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and the quality standards expected in luxury residential construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on carpentry experience in high-end custom home construction.
• Strong background in both rough and finish carpentry.
• Experience with luxury residential details, custom millwork, trim, cabinetry, doors, and windows.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious.

Compensation

Annual salary of $65,000.
