About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex commercial construction projects throughout the West Palm Beach area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor, including extensive experience in ground-up construction, renovations, and interior build-outs.

This individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial projects from preconstruction through final completion. Experience with high-end custom homes, luxury commercial developments, private schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and other institutional projects is highly valued.

The selected candidate will take a leadership role overseeing a major luxury commercial project, requiring strong project management capabilities, financial oversight, subcontractor management, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Oversee large, complex ground-up developments, renovations, and interior build-outs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify potential schedule, cost, and scope issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and project priorities.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain high standards for quality control, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of commercial construction Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Extensive experience managing ground-up construction, renovations, and interior build-outs.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-million-dollar commercial projects.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $160,000–$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
